Pearls - Trip to Barry Island
Last month, the sisters planned a trip for mothers and daughters in the community to Barry Island.
However, as there was rain on the day, they had to recourse their trip to the calming and peaceful Llandudno Beach.
Here, mothers and daughters had quality time together and built everlasting memories…
Boys Paintballing
Ad- Duha set up a paintball trip for teenage boys to interact with one another and meet like- minded friends.
The boys enjoyed 4 hours of fun where they got to go all out in a safe and Islamic environment.
Sports Day
Ad- Duha held its second sports day.
The kids really enjoyed it and engaged in various sports and activities including penalties, races, long jump etc.
The long day was celebrated with some ice lollies at the end for everyone to enjoy!
Honest Answers: The World of The Jinn
Shaykh Sikander Iqbal gave an eye- opening talk on the World of the Jinn.
Topics of the Shayateen, Iblees, Black Magic and the importance of Daily Duas were all discussed.

Mufti Yusuf Badat from Canada gave an insightful talk on the Value of Time.
Topics of taking advantage of the time we have and making use of holidays were discussed.

Kids Fun Week in the Masjid!
Children ranging from the ages of 5 until 11 enjoyed a fun- packed week filled with games, penalties, plays and quizzes.
They also learnt stories through animations and engaging performances of storytelling to teach them important life lessons and open their eyes to the vastness of their religion, Al- Islam.
Homeschoolers - End of Year Party!
This month our Homeschoolers had an end of year party, filled with games, activities and food!
They learned about Jannah and its different gates as well as specific deeds we can do to enter Jannah.
Many people brought some amazing foods for the party and there were fun and games suitable for all ages!
Maktab- End of Year Party and Awards
End of year party and Awards
With the Maktab academic year coming to an end, students completed their yearly exams and then enjoyed end-of-year parties and awards.
All our students worked exceptionally hard, with over 30 students achieving awards for their efforts throughout the year and everyone enjoying treats and yummy food.
May Allah s.w.t grant our students success in this world and the next and make them a means of Sadaqah Jariyah for their parents and teachers, Ameen.

Chai and Chat
Chai and Chat was buzzing with activity, warm drinks and conversation.
There were various themes for the Kahoot quizzes which gave participants a chance to prepare beforehand.
Sisters Conference - "Harmony at Home"
The 2nd annual Sisters Conference, ‘Harmony at Home’, organized by the Sisters at Ad-Duha, was a successful event.
Attendees had the opportunity to listen to guest speakers who shared valuable insights on the importance of happy marriages and effective parenting based on the teachings of Rasulullah (saw).
The conference also provided a platform for sisters to connect with like-minded individuals striving to strengthen their faith.
Coffee Mornings
This month, the talks were about Death- preparing for it and what to do when faced by the death of someone close.
Ustadhas spoke about the Fiqh rulings of Salaatul Janaazah as well as our own individual preparations of the sure reality which will approach us.
