This month’s session was a deep dive into spiritual resilience.
The boys began by reflecting on what they fear and what they hope for, writing their thoughts on post-it notes — a powerful visual of the inner battle every believer faces.
They then took it a step further with wrestling exercises — not just for fun, but to build the discipline needed to resist Shaytan and to revive the Sunnah of physical training.
It was a session of emotional honesty, physical challenge, and strong reminders of what it means to be a young Muslim man in today’s world.

🎁 Banaat Youth Club: Dhul Hijjah Good Deeds Boxes
☕ Chai & Chat
Our monthly gathering for all ages, Chai & Chat continues to be a hit! With warm karak chai, snacks for the kids, and a lively atmosphere, families came together for a wholesome evening of fun and learning.
The highlight?
A Kahoot quiz that had everyone competing — from toddlers to grandparents — combining Islamic knowledge with a lot of laughter.
A beautiful way to build bonds and boost deen at the same time.
Congratz to brother Irshad – It was actually his first time attending, and he misread the poster, thinking it was a talk. He turned up by “mistake”, stayed for the quiz… and walked away with first place! Talk about barakah! 🎉
Litter Picking
In May, our community came together to give back in a simple but impactful way — cleaning up our local area. From toddlers to elders, everyone got involved with gloves and bin bags, showing that khidmah (service) knows no age.
It was a great day of teamwork, fresh air, and meaningful action. Let’s all continue doing our bit to keep our neighbourhood clean and beautiful!

Sisters Islamic Gatherings
A relaxed space for sisters to pause and connect. With freshly brewed coffee and light refreshments, our Coffee Mornings offered a chance for deeper conversations, community support, and shared reminders in a calm and welcoming environment.
This month’s theme focused on the remarkable female companions of the Prophet ﷺ — their strength, wisdom, and unwavering faith served as powerful inspiration for all in attendance.
No rush, no pressure — just good company, heartfelt reflections, and the legacy of women who shaped our deen.
